One of the first things we do when we wake up in the morning is look at ourselves in the mirror. Throughout the day, we will look at ourselves in pictures and mirrors we come across. How often do you use this same mirror concept to look at your mind? As our realities are based on our mindsets, it’s crucial to take time each day to reflect on the thoughts and emotions you are experiencing from an observational perspective.
