  • We ship worldwide! All international rates and shipping time estimates are provided at checkout. If you have additional questions about your international shipment, feel free to contact us. We are currently unable accept international returns due to our fulfilment process.

  • We partner with Route, a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

    Kosha Fit cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all shipments that undergo delivery services. Kosha Fit is unable to offer refunds or replacements for items lost in transit.

Returns

  • Your return request must be made within 14 DAYS

    Your item(s) were not marked as FINAL SALE or purchased during sitewide sales or discounted 30% or more.

    Your order must be in original condition and in the original packaging. All tags and packaging MUST be intact.

    Any products returned damaged or used will not receive a refund. Customer use includes but is not limited to: pet hair, make-up/self-tan stains, deodorant marks, and any other obvious signs of wear.

  • An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for our warehouse to process your refund. Once processed, allow 3-5 business days after this initial window for the funds to return to your account. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, please contact us at hi@koshafit.com and we will look into the request for you.

  • Yes we do! Send us an email at hi@koshafit.com for color/size exchanges and we'll reserve the inventory for you and cover the return shipping label cost.

  • Submit your email address below the "Sold Out" line and you will receive an email as soon as it is restocked. Our activewear is typically restocked within 1-2 weeks unless it is a seasonal color/set.

  • For best results, we recommend washing on a cold setting with like colors and either tumble drying on low or laying products flat to dry.
