To be eligible for a return

  • Your return request must be made within 14 days of fulfillment.
  • Your items were not marked FINAL SALE, and were not bought during a sitewide sale or at 30% off or more.
  • Your order is in its original condition and original packaging, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note: anything returned damaged or used will not be refunded. That includes pet hair, make-up or self-tan marks, deodorant marks, and any other obvious signs of wear.

Return shipping

We provide a return label for eligible items. If you used Checkout+ when you placed your order, return shipping and exchanges are free.

If not, you are responsible for shipping costs, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Exchanged items can be returned for store credit only.

All exchanges can be made in the return portal.
