TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

  • Your return request must be made within 14 DAYS of fulfillment
  • Your item(s) were not marked as FINAL SALE or purchased during sitewide sales or discounted 30% or more.
  • Your order must be in original condition and in the original packaging. All tags and packaging MUST be intact.

Please Note: Any products returned damaged or used will not receive a refund. Customer use includes but is not limited to: pet hair, make-up/self-tan stains, deodorant marks, and any other obvious signs of wear.

We will provide a return label for eligible items. If you used Checkout+ when you placed your order, return shipping and exchanges will be free.

If not, please note you will be responsible for shipping costs and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
