Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Delivery estimates may vary based on our third-party logistics providers.
Make sure to check your spam and promotions folders for email communications. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number within 2 business days, please reach out to hi@koshafit.com so we can look into it.
Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on ALL U.S. orders 100+
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders $100+ (after discounts and before taxes are applied)
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. based warehouse via USPS.
We provide EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-2 days). See specific rates and other priority options at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All international rates and shipping time estimates are provided at checkout. If you have additional questions about your international shipment, feel free to contact us. We are currently unable accept international returns due to our fulfillment process.
Customers are responsible for tariffs and duties.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking site to update.
Package Protection
We partner with Redo, a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. By purchasing Redo Package Protection at checkout, your package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling. You are automatically opted into this service at checkout (called Checkout+) unless you choose to opt out manually. If you purchased by mistake, please reach out to us and we got you covered. It also includes free returns and exchanges.
