Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. 
As these items are made-to-order, any cancellations after the 7 day period will be refunded as store credit via an e-gift card. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 
Orders
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our queue for the fastest shipment possible. Because of this, we are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once placed.
