When I was first starting my wellness journey, I often found myself getting overwhelmed by conflicting opinions and advice I found through various media outlets. Everything changed when I started to be super intentional about what I consumed, the beliefs I chose for myself, and how I wanted to feel in each moment. When you get clear on your intentions as you make small shifts throughout your day, you’re able to gain clarity around your wellbeing.
