The Daily Alignment Journal is an all-in-one wellness journal for your daily gratitude practice, habit tracking, intention setting, and connecting with your mental health. It is undated so you can miss a day without wasting a page and includes a different motivational quote at the top of each day. The guided prompts for mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing as well as to-do lists and reflections will keep your day structured and productive. The right side also has an hourly planner section for even more productivity and reduced stress. See breakdown of the layout below:

  • HOURLY PLANNER & PRODUCTIVITY: The right side of the journal is proven to reduce stress and find structure in the day. It includes a to-do list, a place to prioritize your top 3 "must-dos", and a daily schedule that serves as an hourly planner for timeblocking (5am-9pm).
  • GRATITUDE & INTENTION SETTING: Tap into your emotions first thing in the morning and set your intentions for the day. This area also serves as a gratitude journal with space to jot down 3 things daily you are most grateful for.
  • MINDFULNESS & MENTAL HEALTH: Taking care of your mental health in the morning is key to a healthy and happy day. There is a place to track your daily meditation and get any repeating thoughts down on paper.
  • DAILY QUOTE: A different quote at the top of each day allows you to stay motivated and inspired on your wellness journal.
