Mindful Minute - Week of 8/8
MINDFUL MINUTE
This week's focus: Stillness
Quote of the Week
"The equivalent of external noise is the inner noise of thinking. The equivalent of external silence is inner stillness." -Eckhart Tolle
To Consider
Instead of rushing to complete each task on your to-do list this week, where can you embrace stillness and silence to tune into the present moment?
From the Founder
Stillness is an incredible power that comes from within and brings about inner peace, creativity, guidance, and gratitude for the present moment. We are always on the move, running from one task to the other without truly embracing the moment. Learn to get comfortable in stillness, and come back to it throughout your day and you’ll begin to experience bliss.
