We often think of peace and happiness as something we will achieve once a certain situation plays out how we want it to. However, true inner peace is a state of mind that can only come from within, and cannot be impacted by our external environment. To find the inner peace you’re searching for, find stillness within through a daily meditation practice, and you’ll arrive at a place of peace that is constantly there as you navigate your life.
