The digital version of the Daily Alignment Journal is here! You will receive 2 files to choose from: A horizontal and a vertical version designed for your iPad.

The Daily Alignment Journal will set the foundation for your day and carry you into the night with wellbeing at top of mind. 

Each day includes prompts for mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing as well as to-do lists and reflections to keep your day structured and productive. It is undated so you can miss a day without wasting a page. Each page includes a quote of the day to keep you motivated and inspired. See breakdown of the layout below:

Physical Body:

Track your daily movement and meals to see how they are making you feel and understand what your body needs.

Energy:

Build emotional awareness by tapping into your emotions and setting your intentions for the day ahead. Also includes a place to write 3 things you are grateful for.

Mind:

Track your daily meditation and jot down any ruminating thoughts.

Wisdom:

Tap into your intuition & highest self. Additionally, there is a space to write down affirmations that feel aligned to you that day.

Productivity Tracker:

The right side of the journal includes a to-do list, a place to prioritize your top 3 "must-dos" and a daily schedule broken down by the hour to time block. 

End of Day Reflection:

A place for you to reflect on what you accomplished, what still needs to get done tomorrow, and how the movement, meals, meditation, and other choices you made throughout the day impacted your wellbeing. There is also a mental health check-in to rate the day.

There is also a Brain Dump section in the back of your journal for any free writing or additional notes. 

You will receive the file for download on the order confirmation page and in an email. The email you receive has a video tutorial with download instructions.
