Kosha means the layers of you. There are five: your body, your energy, your mind, your intuition and your peace. Tend all five and you become the most aligned version of yourself. That is where our name comes from.

Why I started Kosha Fit
Mental health used to control my life. I felt heavy all the time, unmotivated, and honestly just stuck. Finding the five koshas was the start of everything shifting. I finally understood what it meant to feel aligned in my body, mind, and energy.
That is why I created Kosha Fit. I wanted my clothes to mean something. To remind me daily to show up as my best self, not just physically, but in every layer.
