A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER ALL ABOUT THE LATEST SPRING COLLECTION

South Florida activewear brand Kosha Fit just dropped our newest collection of women's workout sets for the spring season. Kosha Fit is a workout line that launched in an effort to promote growth across all aspects of wellbeing for women everywhere. That's why I chose the name "Bloom" for this collection.

As Spring represents a season full of growth, new opportunities, and cleanse, we should leverage these practices within ourselves. This time last year was when I truly discovered what cleansing old habits, practices, and aspects of my life that no longer served me meant. I discovered how important it was to consistently check-in with my mental and physical health, my environment, and the people I choose to associate with to make sure they align with my efforts to show up as the most empowered and confident version of myself. My main goal for this collection is to motivate and promote confidence for women everywhere.

The four new workout sets I selected have been in their testing phase since I launched Kosha Fit back in September, and I feel extremely confident that the community will love them. By testing, I mean changing the measurements over and over again, sweating and stretching in them, washing them tons of times, and buying multiple fabric and material combinations. Since quality is priority for me, I even had to push back the drop for this collection because I ordered hundreds (yes hundreds) of one of the styles just to find out that the quality didn't last after multiple washes. All of this is to say that this collection is built to last for any type of movement.

Here is everything to know about our spring activewear sets:

SHAKTI SET

• Meaning: female divine energy
• Material Blend: Our new signature AuraForm material which is a buttery soft blend of elastane and nylon
• Colors: Blossom (light pink) & Mist (light blue)

MOKSHA SET

• Meaning: rebirth, release, liberation
• Material Blend: Our new signature AuraForm material which is a buttery soft blend of elastane and nylon
• Color: Fog (a tan/grey neutral tone)

TAPAS SET

• Meaning: warmth, inner fire, to shine
• Material Blend: Nylon Spandex blend
• Color: Lilac (a beautiful lavender purple)
• Activewear Type: sports bra & leggings workout set
